Free slots are calculated live from your opening hours, your services' real durations and every existing booking, on a 15-minute grid. A slot only appears if the full appointment fits, and the system re-checks at the moment of confirmation. Two customers can't take the same time.
Can customers reschedule or cancel an appointment themselves?
Customers can cancel through a link in their WhatsApp message up to 1 hour before, and book a new time in under a minute. You're notified instantly, so the freed slot goes back on sale.
Do WhatsApp reminders really reduce no-shows?
A reminder on WhatsApp lands where Sri Lankan customers actually look. Email goes unread here; a WhatsApp message is usually seen within minutes. Customers who are reminded either turn up or cancel in time for you to fill the slot. We wrote more about this in our no-show guide.
